My printer won't read my laptop anymore?

Help!!! My laptop cant read my printer!!?

  • Ok, i hava an HP window 7 (64bits) and my printer is HP PSC 2210 all-in-one. But my recognise it as hp psc 2200 all-in-one. So my questions are: are these printers operate differently?? How can i fix this??

  • Answer:

It will work with Windows 7 as long as you have correct drivers, first of all - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=3571753&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us Although it says 2200 it should still work though, as it is part of a series where all the printers would use the same drivers. I worked in a company using HP 4250s but all the drivers were HP 4000 series.

Uninstall and re-install the driver. You may be using and older operating system (old windows i.e.) or older laptop that does not support newer peripherals, or an older printer which is not recognized by the newer operating system. Good luck
