Printer and photo paper advice?

Is there any other printer paper besides PHOTO printer paper?

  • I just bought a new Canon Pixma printer. I have not yet bought paper for it and I'm very confused. I only bought this printer to print out paperwork/documents/forms. I do not plan to print out pictures or use photo paper. So, is there any certain paper used just to print documents........? Or do I have to buy regular photo paper? Also, must the paper be Canon (if I don't really care about the quality of what I print)?

    Just buy a block of standard A4 printer paper, it won't cost you very much.

you can buy any multipurpose paper. Staples has a sale every week for $2 a ream after rebate. if you want to save money on ink too, check out www.ccs-digital.com

Photo copier paper will work fine. Get 20lb weight and at least 90 brightness. Have fun!
