How do I just print the info, in the email?

My PC printer usually works fine-HP 710C.Trying now to print email with technical info. Page No-heading fine.?

• But body of document is blank when printed. Is from a reputable source.Document should be just a help list re uploading photos. How do I correct printing problem ?

  Does the printer perform properly when printing a Windows test page? (open printers and faxes, right click on the printer, click on properties, click on General tab, click on print test page on bottom). If this works fine, the printer is probably ok. Open Notepad and type some test text. Print it. If it prints properly, your printer is performing as it should. Now back to the e mail printing. If the printer performs properly in the tests above, the question is why the e mail printing is a problem. Does it print other e mail but not this one or does it print no e mail properly? How about a text only e mail (no images, no graphics, etc)? If it prints text only e mail but no other content, the printer has this type of limit. If no e mail is properly printing, there is a printer config issue with e mail. Check the above out, write back with exact detail of what you did and we can dig deeper.
