How to fix my HP printer?

How can I fix my HP C310A printer?

  • I have a HP c310A printer and all of a sudden my printer does not recognize my wireless computers and my apple devices so I cannot print anything on this printer anymore. It was working great up to tonight all my devices worked and were recognized by the printer. My HP tower computer is telling me I am offline. Yet I can print a test page right off the printer itself if I press something on the touchscreen. I had a minor problem tonight with a couple of my wireless devices so I called my cable company and the customer service rep rebooted the modem from his office which got my computers running on the wifi again but messed up my printer. I never had this problem before even when I rebooted my modem. Is it possible to fix this problem because when I go into settings on the printer it recognizes no devices or should I replace the printer? I was thinking of getting another HP possibly a photosmart 5514 or a 7510 if worse comes to worse. I would prefer to try to fix this c310a first.

    Use the diagnostic utility in the HP website. Drivers might need to be reinstalled.
