How to manually install a virtual usb printer port in xp?

TVS MSP 250 CHAMPION Printer connected with USB-LPT Cable.?

I was connected with USB to Parallel connectivity cable in XP System and I installed Printer drivers also, but it's showing printing error. Can any body give me the suggestion how have to connect that port and how I can install drivers.

Let just confirm: You have a Parallel printer that you are trying to use on a USB Port, using an adapter cable. What is the error message you are getting? In the properties of the printer driver, is it pointing to the USB port or the LPT1 port? (Start | Printers and Faxes | Right mouse click on the printer | Click on the Properties | Click on the Ports Tab) Did you plug the printer into the USB port and let Windows detect the hardware and then install the drivers? If not then how did you install the drivers. Does the computer that you are trying to use this with not have a parallel port (like a laptop computer)?
