How do I enlarge and print this?

I am trying to print this pattern http://www.homecompanionmag.com/assets/asset_upload_file876_7085.pdf I can't figure out how to enlarge it and then print it. I tried printing it and it came out too small. help please?

when you open your picture and see it on screen where you like it press the prnt scrn button on your computer close everything then open up paint thats start-programs- accessories -paint in the empty area hold down your ctrl button and tap v then click the print button
