What should i do? Is there an adapter I can buy? Printer: Canon PJC 4300 series Dell: Dimension E520

Answer:
You should be able to buy an adaptor, although printer cables are usually pretty standard connections. If you can't find one, contact Dell, but they may try to sell you one of their own printers.

printers are SO insanely cheap now days (although you should never buy the cheapest printer you can find (the ink cartridges are often low volume and therefore cost alot more despite their lower price)) buying an adapter to make an older printer work just doesn't make much sense
