Ink jet or laser printer?

Laser prints better but is more expensive. also before you buy make sure they can handle transparent papers.

If you go with the ink jet, then your asking to spend more money then you really want to. Even if your going to print a lot of papers. But the Laser will be a better choice. You dont have to spend money on ink and if you get a used one it will still do you good. Do you want color and cheap? Inkjet Do you want just black / white? Laser For cost per page the Laser is cheaper than Inkjet. There are two different transparent, one for laser and ink jet. For the best color and great black / white use color laser, this most costly printout but the best colors and black / white. A toner cartridge will print about 10 reams of paper. The ink jet cartridge will print about 1 ream of paper. From $80 toner vs 3 ink jet cartridges cost about $120, cost per page for laser is 1.5 cents and cost for the ink jet is 8 cents per page. The laser jet has higher cost up front but will deliver lower cost per page.
