Commercial printing problem.

I having a printing problem and I need help?

• It happen whenever Im printing. Whenever I print a picture the printer print something else and words. I keep trying to print the picture that I want but it never print the picture that im trying to print.Then if I try to print something else it print the last picture that I tried to print. And since I keep printing the last picture it keep printing that one and words. It a wast of ink and It hard for the printer to print the picture that I just want to print. I need help, If someone know this problem tell me. (And there was one time when I went to some printing thing that show all my printing picture and I can chose to delete it but I don't know how to get there anymore. It might also be another answer.)

  You may need to clear your printer queue Run this Microsoft Application to clear the print queue. Just click Fix-it, it takes about 10 seconds to do
