How to expand my Printer Catridge business?

Just put new colour catridge in printer colour not coming out right is there something to clean printer?

  • thought old catridge had ran out so put new one in but colours coming out funny like the blue is printing pink and also most of anything i try to print is coming out pink this started with the old catridge now the same happening with new one is there sonething you can buy to clean your printer like what you get for cd players etc, or does anyone know how to clean it out manually or what is actually happening that the colour is doing this

    It sound like the print head itself might be slightly out of alignment. When you open the print window for your printer, somewhere on that page should be an 'print options' tab - if you click this it should give you the options of cleaning the print head (which you should do a couple of times first to see if it makes a difference), or realigning the print head. If you choose realignment, it will print a series of patterns on the paper, and you will need to respond to questions to complete the job. You didn't tell us what make of printer it was? This happened to a friend who had a 'Canon' printer and it ended up being something to do with him altering scanner settings!

There should be a "clean" option in the print settings. If you cannot find this search google for your model and see what you can find.

go into the maintenance tab when you have clicked on print then click clean heads you may have to run it a few times if you have never cleaned it before xxx

You should have in the software a utilities program that will run a cleaning routine.

it depends on ur printer alot.. if u r using a hp deskjet printer... then first point to suspect will the print cartridge.. if u r using a hp inkjet printer .. then apart from ink cartridge.. u also have printheads.. so u can try replacing the printhead..
