How to fix up a HP Deskjet D2360 printer tri-colour cartridge?
-
I had left the cartridge for months without use after refilling it. The ink dried up as a result. A few days back, I managed to liquify the ink again by placing the cartridge on a dish, which in turn I placed on warm water. Now, when I rub a page against the cartridge head (place from where the ink comes out), ink does come out. However, when I try to install the cartridge, a status message appears saying that there is a problem with the cartridge. There is no problem with the black cartridge though, and it is working just fine. Can anyone give any idea as to how to revive the colour cartridge?
