How come i cannot reinstall printer?

Hp Envy 100 D410 Printer will not print on 802.11 wireless. It does every thing els?

• My Envy do not work on wireless 802.11 for printing, it print OK when it is manually and It scan alright on 802.11, I had run the Diagnostics on my computer and from HP Diagnostics Utility 4.1 that I had downloaded and they both come up with, No problems were found for Hp Envy 100 D410 series ( Network ). I had unplug it, wait a few minutes and then plug it back in and repeat the process, I had also reinstall the software which included the driver for printing. The signal strength is good between the Printer and computer, but it will not print using 802.11 wireless, Can Some One Out There Help Me Out Please Thanks

  802.11 what? B/G/N? it is possible it detects the signal but cannot use the encryption level of the router. You have set the IP Address it uses? You need to fix the IP of the printer or it may keep changing every time the router restarts or refreshes the IP addresses. Usually the printer needs connecting to the Router via the cable, set up the printer and then connect wirelessly after. If the printer is not capable of using the same signal (802.11b or g or n) as the router then you may need to adjust what it uses to match the printer, but most are backward compatible but not forward. So if the printer will only use a higher standard than the router you have the same issue, the two devices are "talking" on different channels.
