Why Are My New Ink Cartridges Not Printing All Colors?
-
My Dell 924 printer was working well but the old cartridges were out of ink. I replaced them with two remanufactured ones. I've used recycled cartridges before and they were fine. I printed the alignment page and not all the colors were there. The printing looked pale and washed out. I exchanged the color cartridge for another, and the same thing happened. The test page lacked any blue color, and everything I printed was in a pale pink shade. What I'd like to know is if I have gotten two faulty cartridges in a row, or if the printer has suddenly gone bad. That seems like an odd coincidence, because the printer was OK before the new cartridges.
