Why won't Lexmark X3470 drivers install?

Can any one tell me how and where i install my drivers for my 816 lexmark printer?

  • im using windows xp i also have the disc but when wizard tries to install it it says no drivers found please help

    Sometimes you have to install drivers manually. Connect your printer up to your PC when it searches for drivers and comes up with no drivers found it should give you the option to find them yourself, there will be a prompt something like this [ A:/ ] with a little arrow at the end click the arrow and from here select the drive with the CD with the drivers on, you should then search the CD for you drivers usually an EXE file extension, usually the PC tells you what it is looking for. When you find it select it and press next or sum such other statement to continue. Follow any further requests made by PC. Good luck

Go on the lexmark website and click on downloads or drivers xxx

Easy. Go to lexmark online and click on drivers and software downloads. choose from the list of printers and select the operating system that fits your computer and it will prompt your wizard to intall the drivers.

check on the webiste you can download drivers etc. or you should have a cd which should be easy to use
