Hp printer wont work but scan and copys ok?

i was printing a receipt but my Computer shut down and now its stuck in a cue have tried to reset my printer but still wont work
Answer:

A reset of the printer will not clear the queue. Go to Control Panel and Printers and right click on your printer. If Win 7 click on See Whats Printing. This will show you the Queue. Select the stuck Document and then click on Document in the Menu and Cancel. If will take a while to disappear, be patient!

I had a similar problem with my kodak printer, check if there are any updates to the printer software or call the support line.
