Why is my printer only printing in black and blue?

My printer is printing black text in blue colour & blue text in black colour.How can I get rid of this problem

  • The ink in my black cartridge had finished and I got the cartridge refilled. Quite surprisingly, the blue text is being printed in black and the black text is being printed in blue. I have just installed the black cartridge after refilling. If there is no black ink, why blue text is being printed in black? This is a strange problem. Have you got any solution? Please suggest.

    so u got ur cartridge refilled its fake, or to make sure go to printer prefereces and Nozzle Check if the printout is as shown on ur screen, if not then clean ur Printer head by clicking the head clean in printer preferences, it will be allrite if the ink is original, if not then u may have to change ur cartridge

did you reverse the cartridges? I have been known to put the black cartridge in the color cartridge slot. Another thing is it possible that your black ink is out?

This happens only in India, I assume your printer is hp, btw have you connected your printer directly or thru lan, if Lan there is problem with hp entry level printer
