Why is my printer only printing in black and blue?

My printer is printing black text in blue colour & blue text in blue colour.How can I get rid of this problem?

  • The ink in my black cartridge had finished and I got the cartridge refilled. Quite surprisingly, the blue text is being printed in black and the black text is being printed in blue. I have just installed the black cartridge after refilling. If there is no black ink, why blue text is being printed in black? This is a strange problem. Have you got any solution? Please suggest.

    Perform a Thorough cleaning of all the print head nozzles, according to the procedure recommended by your printer manual. The problem is that the print head nozzle of your black ink is dirty and obstructed.

You have two basic options. Either buy a new black ink carrtidge or, buy a new printer. I always buy a new printer. It's less expensive than buying cartridges. Go figure.

Listen very care full-Go to you start button at buttom left of your computer click on to start then go to setting and click that and click control panel this will bring you to your setting for your computer than click on printers than you will be able to change options on your colour.Good luck and take your time.
