How come i cannot reinstall printer?

Can't get my printer to stop printing at all...?

  • so i have a HP deskjet 350. i was attempting to intall come software of my PC, when i thought it was done i double clicked it and for some odd reason (even though it was an aplication) it sent something to my printer. which on top of that wasn't even set as the default printer at the time... now blank pages are being printed out of my printer and they wont stop. this is what i've tried: 1. cancelled the printing, and kept feeding a page through, hoping that the already sent data would finish. after about 20 empty prints, i got fed up and stopped 2. i looked for my printer in the task manager > processes ... it wasn't there so i didn't do anything (even made it so that it showed the processes from all users) 3. uninstalled the driver for the LP port. it asked to restart my comp and nothing happend 4. deleted the printer. it didn't dissappear from the printers list, but i restarted my computer and it showed that it had to reinstall it.. ...I REALLY NEED TO PRINT AND ITS 2:15AM ALREADY :(

unplug the printer..or u may uninstall.... or..shutdown ur PC..

Turn off printer, shut down windows, if it asks you if ytou want to cancel printing from queue, you do, reboot PC, turn printer back on.

Did you try pulling the plug?

Turn your printer off, then turn it back on or unplug it, then plug it back up. It sounds like it is something with the printer and not the computer.
