Shared printer problem?

The shared printer connected to my computer is not printing other network connected user's documents?

• i have a shared hp1220c deskjet printer connected to my pc, its connected via the usb port,and shared ofcourse,the thing is that whenever the users who are authorised to print in my printer does the task, it suddenly comes to my printer que and goes off without printing, it was working fine before only hours back it showed this problem, i havnt installed any new software programs, why is thus hapennings somebody please help these are the things i sorted out when i trobleshooted the printer 1. it has nothing to do with the paper size 2. i can print only from my system 3. my printer is connected through usb virtual port(usb) 4. everyone is given full controll 5. ours is a client server structure 6. the printer is added correctly on all systems 7. before when printed through the network it asks a spool command with "skip and ok" only when given "skip" it prints hope u got a basic idea regarding the problem the printer is HP1220C connected via USB to my WIN XP computer

  I do believe that HP has the solution for your printer that is a free download. I have one connected directly to my router, and it uses a program called HP Jetadmin. Hope this helps.
