What Icon do I click on to print?

My printer won't print? When I click on the printer icon or the File-print command.?

    Hi, a few questions for you to answer that may help you out. 1. Has this printer previously worked on the current PC? - If yes: has its driver been deleted or disabled(Control Panel - Device Manager) - are all cables and power supplies firmly attached? 2. is there paper in the printer and is there a paper jam? 3. If you open Control Panel - Printers & Faxes, does your printer make and model appear on the list? - If no: then use the CD to reinstall the drivers for the printer, or download suitable ones from the net to suit your OS. 4. Have you tried using a different cable or USB port if its a USB attached printer. 5. Do the printer ink cartridges contain ink? 6. Have the printer ink cartridges been stored correctly i.e. is there a possibility that they have dried out/become blocked etc? 7. Try using the printer on a different PC. Have fun, Good Luck.

if your printing online,you must enable network printing,go to you control panel and open up printers,find your printer and right click it,and see if you see enable network printing

-try restarting the PC.. -check the printer properties whether you have any jobs that is being shown as -'error' or something and cancel that print job -try restarting the Print spool services in the window services.. -

While printing check the status of ur printer , if is offline, it wont print try to rearrange the connections and restart ur PC..

is it plugged in ? is it switched on ? are the right drivers loaded ? Has it ever worked before ? If so, what has changed since it last worked ? Are any error messages generated on the screen, or in the event log ?
