How come i cannot reinstall printer?

Printer makes strange noises/blurred images?

• I have a HP Photosmart c4345, which has been an amazing printer...until a couple of days ago. I printed 48 pages of text and by the very last page the printer was making a clunking noise and the words were blurred and duplicated on top of each other. I have cleaned the cartridges, aligned my ink cartridges, taken them out and replaced them, did a printer quality check, unplugged it, everything but reinstall. It is an issue with the printer, not the software. It prints an alignment page great! it prints everything from the troubleshooting areas just fine, but when I ask it to print something from the internet or from a word document, it comes out blurry and still makes the clunking noise. I feel like it has something to do with the cartridges being loose or something. Any ideas what this could be? My warranty is up, but its still a nice printer. I kinda think that if its something requiring a repair that it might be cheaper just to buy a new one. I got it from costco a couple of years ago. Any ideas would be lovely, google doesn't come up with anything. Thanks!

  If you say that the warranty is still up you should bring it to your local manufacturer to have it checked. Alternatively, if you can do a "factory reset" your printer, this would also be helpful.
