My printer isnt printing in color?

it says that there is a good amt of color ink remaining. it is a Lexmark 6150. It would be really cool if u could help me out.

click start, go into printers and faxes, click on the icon that shows the printer you have, then go to preferences, then features and see what is checked. another thing sometimes cartridges get clogged up and you can take the cartridge out, dont touch the copper on the bk of the cartridridge. dab the bottom of the cartridge on a damp paper towel till you see ink come out and it will be unclogged, put bk in printer

go to printer settings you probably just have it set to print in black and white, or when you press print there should be options there heck all of the options, as you may have set that to just black and white ink as well at some point

i have lexmark also i suggest u click on the lexmark icon go to properties.

look through the properties...u probably accidentally set it on greyscale...make sure its on color...other than that idk
