Don't share the printer on the network. Unplug the power cord and lock it away somewhere. I don't think you can password protect a printer in Windows. - Dominic

You don't set password on your printer. if you aboard printing from other person you can follow below instruction. Always unplug you printer and switch off Don't share the printer on the network.
