How can we fill to the ink in the HP Cartridge?

Good-quality, aftermarket black ink for refilling my HP 96 Black Inkjet Cartridge? -- MORE BELOW --?

Yes, I am also aware of the availability of, and the pros and cons of, remanufactured cartridges. I am fully aware of the small risk I am taking by refilling my own cartridges, and I deliberately choose to bear that risk.] 1) I am looking for either a good-quality black-ink refill kit -- or a bulk bottle of good-quality black ink -- that will produce results comparable to the ink that HP puts in the 96 cartridge, but at a cost substantially less than buying a new HP cartridge every time. 2) Also have this question... Is the ink in a brand new HP 96 cartridge a PIGMENTED or a DYE-BASED ink? (I have found inconsistent answers on the internet to this question, and don't know who to believe.) ~ thanks for your answers ~
