How do you print a page?

How to make a document in word print multiple things on one page?

  • I'm making an invite for a party I'm having and made the invite a whole page in word. However, I want that one page to print 4 times on a paper. I know that makes no sense, so let me explain. The invite takes up a full page right now on my computer, but I want it to be shrunk to a quarter of a page, and for word to print the same thing four times. I'm sure this is possible I'm probably just missing something, so I really appreciate the help. I'm using Word 2010, and I do see the option to "print four pages per sheet". Is that what I'm looking for? Thanks!

  • Answer:

Print 4 pages per sheet looks good but you will have to duplicate p1 three more times. Press Ctrl-A and then Ctrl-C. This will copy the contents of p1 to the clipboard. at the end of p1, press Ctrl-Enter, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-Enter, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-Enter, Ctrl-V. You will now have 4 identical pages. Print all 4 on 1 page and you are done.
