My printer will print from the computer,but won't scan and print from the printer,I would like to know why.

my printer willscan a letter from the printer to the computer and then print it. but it won't scan from the printer scanner to the printer iwonder why? can anyone help? what did i do wrong? thanks

Scan from the scanner to the printer. Do you mean do a copy like a copy machine? Most all-in-ones I've seen have a dedicated Copy button for that function. If the machine won't do an internal copy, you may need to call for service. I hope this helps.

your first mistake was buying a combo unit! It is better to have each individual unit because a problem is easier to track down. also cheaper.
