How do you fix the paper jam notification on my hp psc 1350?

  • i have a hp psc 1350 all-in-one and i had a paper jam but i cleared it out and i can copy but not print from my laptop all it says is paper jam and sits in my que how do i reset the paper jam notification on my computer

    Clear any loose paper from the paper tray. This will help you locate the jam. You will find it either in front, near the paper tray, or in the back, by opening the rear door. Be sure there is no paper or debris hidden anywhere. Open up the rear door and use a flashlight to explore the inside. If you see any paper, have patience in trying to remove it. slightly pull using a side to side motion. If you use a tool for help, like a pair of needle nose pliers, put some tape on the jaws of the pliers to help prevent the shredding of the paper. Another good item to have handy is canned air. This can be used to blow out any built up dust or fine paper particles that may be embedded inside the printer and the sensors after much use.

Inspect the location or tray the printed paper ejects to. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.* Remove all paper trays and any paper that may be stuck between the tray and the printer. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.* Open the printer door that allows you access to the printer ink cartridges or toner and look for any stuck paper. If u can copy then ur printer is ok. if ur paper loading is ok how pc can show it ?? look at ur printer display and if its not showing any paper jam then its ur pc problem. remove ur printer cable from ur pc and delete all print job. check job is cancelling or not. if not restart ur pc. open it as save mode. then cancel the jobs. after cancel jobs connect the cables. if problem solve then thanks me. if not, check ur paper loading sensor. Though u wrote u can copy so it might not possible to paper jam cos for copy printer need to feed papers and its clear that u dont have any jam issue.
