What is wrong with my printer ?

I can't print out my paper; what is wrong with my cpu or printer?

  • My printer won't print out what I need and it works fine b/c i did a printer check and it printed their test pages. It could be a problem with the connectivity from laptop to printer, but evrything is hookd up accordingly. And no one has touched the program for my printer on this laptop in years soo it can't be a problem with that. Soo i dont kno what else to do...I rlle have alot of things that need to printed out..so do my other faily members, who can't email it to themselves to work like i can to school. any help wld be soooo great

    Which printer do you have? Confirm the default printer, that the print job is going to the printer, not something else. Try deleting the printer driver and printer software as well and reboot, letting Windows redetect and install the drivers. You have the driver cd, right? Try another USB cable. Or if it has parallel port as well, use a parallel printer cable for a temporary workaround.
