How to install tvs champion printer to windows XP installed computer?

I have a tvs 250 champion priter, and earlier was using windows 98 in computer and no problems. now i had to change the system and new system has windows XP installed. now while billing the paper is being wasted every time because the tear off comes more than 5 cms below the last line. the software person has difficulty in correcting this problem, and my system is not accepting windows 98. anyone can help me please?

Tough question to decipher. Are your printer drivers installed correctly? Drivers designed for Win98 should have no problem installing in XP. Have your software person check the drivers, the physical parameters of your documents against the page setup specs and have them start using print preview until it's resolved. If that doesn't work, replace your software person.
