Most likely the answer is C, because "print server" usually is to do with networking, which would be accessed through a web browser using the printer's IP address. 802.11 standard is with networking. (How would a "Wi-Fi"...wireless...have a "cable"?)

Probably USB here. The print server is piece of networked hardware. The interface to attach the print server to the printer is a USB cable. If your printer had an ethernet port, you wouldn't need a print server.
