What are the best cardstock printers?

Why does Brother, the maker of Multifunction Printers design their printers to stop printing? Brother = trash?

  • I've had two Brother Multifunction printers in the past 3 years in which both printers failed due to a half filled up cotton sponge used for cleaning the print head. These printers are fit for the trash once the ink has come into contact with the sensor that is placed about half way up the cotton tank where of course all that wasted ink goes each time the machine does a cleaning cycle. I do not recommend these printers. In Canada consumers are charged an economy fee for when these machines are designed to stop working when the ink has reached the sensor in the ink cleaning disposal bed! DO NOT BUY BROTHER PRINTERS!!!

  • Answer:

You haven't really asked a question...........Answers rules specifically say "no ranting" and that is all you do. I can't really be bothered to report you but someone else may.... To be honest, you should have learned your lesson after the first one failed. Once bitten twice shy and all that...? It was a bit stupid to buy a second Brother printer after having already had a bad experience with them before. There are plenty of other makes of printer out there, after all
