Answer:
Are you sure there is not a "Print Statement" somewhere on the page? I would have thought it very unusual for it not to have one. The reason I say this is because there is one on all my accounts and it prints it out like an ordinary statement. The same as I do e-billing for my phone, TV & BB and I can print those off as well exactly like a bill through the post. Other than that is you can use the print screen command or highlight the statement and use the print command at the top of your browser.

Had this problem myself and found the best way was to click on file then print preview (you can then see what is being printed) and then print by clicking on the little print icon on the top left. Don't know why it worked but it did. Hope this helps UPDATE Hmm Sound like a problem with your printer rather than anything else if you have tried all suggestions. Have you changed your printer or driver or something. You could try reinstalling your printer driver or try 'roll back' just in case the driver has become corrupted. If you don't have the disk try this. assuming it's windows XP Click Start then hover over 'all programmes, you should then see all your programmes. Slide your mouse up to accessories this should then bring up another menu. Slide mouse down to 'System Tools' this will then bring up another menu. Slide mouse down to 'System Restore' and click. This will give you a choice to 'roll back' to a date when you know it was working. Choose one of the dates in bold. Click on that date, it will take some minutes but worth trying. If that fails then you should remove the printer software and try again. if that fails then it may be a cable or printer problem, certainly not a computer problem.

Hi there. Try Control-Alt-Prt Scr, three keys together, to copy the whole screen as a picture. Then "Paste" into Word. Should be easy to print after that. Cheers, Steve.

Your bank statements should be available in a print friendly form or for download as a pdf file - check your account page or ring your bank for details.

I understand that this is a problem with any internet page you try to print. Normally there is a print feature on the bank's page. I'm sure you've tried that. Perhaps find your printer on your pc. Right click for properties, and see if your particular model has a factory default, or simply a default setting. If not, you may try uninstalling your printer and reboot, and re install it again. Also, I have researched a little of your problem and I was wondering if you are using Firefox. Apparently Firefox seems to be a common factor here and there is a work around, but it is rather complicated.
