Download on someone elses computer and save to a USB thumbdrive then bring the thumbdrive to this computer and install: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=128287&prodoid=63083741&infoType=Downloads&platform=All

dont know why the download doesnt work but if you go to www.ccs-digital.com they'll send you the file via email if you ask. they're very good with epson issues.
