What Kind of Printers/Paper can be Used for Printing Invoices?

  • I'm not talking about the receipt printers used in supermarkets I'm talking about the invoices that you get from companies when you buy things with a table that includes like product number, price, quantity and total amount which staff fills in and sign at the bottom. So what kind of printers print those invoices and which paper product should be used? Links will be much appreciated because i want to know their prices. Thanks!

You meant tablet ? Most of the time, the paper used are software dependent, as the software really needs to set to print what items at what position, the paper are just a way to catch the output. Depend on the software, ones we create are normally created with the form build in, so it will draw the boxes, lines, print the logos, then the invoice items etc etc. and its then sent to a normal EPOS or laser printer using plain paper, because pre-printed invoice paper are really expensive, so most companies would choose to have the software to do everything instead to save cost in long runs.
