Printer problems, printing pictures.?
-
I have a HP photosmart C5280 all in one printer. When printing text documents there are no problems but when printing photos or pictures on paper Im getting fine horizontal lines running across the picture. I have done a test print but that was just for text and it said there wasn't a problem. The cartridges are new so its not an ink problem and the photos are in black and white. What is causing this problem and how do I fix it please?

Answer:
Assuming they are very regular distances apart then try running head alignment in the printer menu. Make sure you use plain paper when this is being done.
