Which LED monitor is best?

I am looking for 20" LED monitor. I have seen two LED monitors. One is of DELL & other is of Samsung. both having same features. So i am confuse which one to buy. Please suggest.

LG, Sony, Compaq all are same like dell samsung ; prefer near by service station of the company.
