Which LED monitor is the best, and why?

Which is the best computer monitor for eyes for using long hours? lcd / led?

  • Dear frnds, Kindly help me... am a business man.. normally i spend around 14 hours in front of computer everyday.. i never play games.. just for reading and writing the text, i use it.. am going to buy a new 19" monitor... so kindly tell me, whether led/lcd monitors suits for me.. and will i have to buy any eye guard for those monitors for eyecare? bcos currently am having eye protector screen for my crt monitor... Thanks in advance.

    14 hours staring at a screen is unhealthy no matter what precautions you take. It absolutely kills your eyes. I recommend LED since they have a theoretical longer life span.

LCD/LED monitors don't have the problems that CRTs do. LEDs are new and should be good (though there is nothing wrong with non-led monitors). Brand? Samsung all the way!
