Hi, How can I clean my LCD computer Screen?

  • I bought some Electronic Cleaning Wipes, however, after using It, my screen remained worse (I think). What can I do to clean my LCD screen?

    When cleaning your LCD screen, you should keep in mind that it IS NOT GLASS, so do not use a glass cleaner on it or you could damage it. I would suggest a 50/50 solution of distilled water and rubbing alcohol with a soft cloth or old cotton t-shirt. Make sure you rub gently as too much pressure could damage the screen and cause color bleeding or dead pixels.

Windex may mar the surface of your screen. Use eyeglass cleaner. You can get it at any drugstore.
