White squares on my monitor?

PLEASE HELP PC monitor flickers w/ alot of tiny squares?

  • it usually only happens when i watch video (streaming) the monitor flickers with alot of tiny clear squares then it goes black but the power light is still on. i got a new video card nvidia gtx295 and it was fine for months then i reinstalled the os cuz i had 2 antiviruses that were conflicting n since then it does it. i scanned for viruse,malware and deleted them so im at a loss. i searched googled but no real help there. it only gave a BSOD twice here are the logs Product Windows Problem Video hardware error Date 10/25/2009 10:46 AM Status Not Reported Description A problem with your video hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.     That's either corrupt drivers, or a bad video card. Completely uninstall the driver in the device manager (control panel-> system->device manager) and then reinstall. If that doesn't work, it's time for an RMA. Get that warranty info out. There is also a chance it's a corruption in your OS install. You may try reinstalling that before going out and getting a new card.
