How to connect my ps3 to a computer screen?

How do i find out if my computer screen is hd?

  • i have a sony 17" computer screen its those skinny ones not the fat screens. i read on some sites that you can connect a ps3 to computer but i dont know if my computer screen is hd and i also dont know how to connect to the computer screen. if you need any more info about the equipment or computer screen just send me a msg to [email protected]

    Look, just by telling me it's 17", it's not High Definition. **Don't be Tricked!!! A True Full HD TV Must have 1920x1080 resolution!!** i have a 17" screen and trust me, the only plug your moniter has is a D-sub. which the new grpahics cards dont even have anymore. A PS3 requires a RCA (Red,White and Yellow) or Component or HDMI cable which your moniter wont have. So forget it, nice idea but too bad. You need to buy a moniter atleast 24" to be full hd and it has to be a multimedia moniter like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Viewsonic-VX2835wm-28-Multimedia-LCD-Monitor-1080p-HD_W0QQitemZ270250514464QQihZ017QQcategoryZ29501QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem The moniter in the link has composite (rca) component and hdmi and D-sub and DVI. Lol 17" is too small, im getting that 28" soon.
