Can a Mac Book screen be fixed?

My cat sat on my mac book pro and now the screen resolution seems to be set too high for the screen size.Help!?

  • im not good with computers! >:( the full screen cant be displayed at one time. the pointer scrolls at the corners of the screen. Any advice?

1. Go into System Preferences (the Apple logo in the top left > System Preferences) 2. Under System, click Universal Access 3. Under the Seeing tab, turn zoom off. You should be able to see your screen in its entirety once again. If this hasn't fixed your problem: 1. Go back to System Preferences. 2. Under Hardware, click Displays 3. Under the Displays tab, make sure that your screen is at its native resolution: 13": 1280 x 800 15": 4400 x 900 17": 1680 x 1050 (Usually it's just the resolution at the very bottom of the list) Everything should be back to normal.
