I need help connecting my laptop to my tv?

OK i have a flat screen tv that does not have the rca connection. it has s video and hdmi thats all. I just want to know what cable i can use to connect my laptop to my tv what cable would work? any help is thanked

You need a HDMI outlet on your laptop, in order to send the signal to the HDMI inlet on the tv. http://www.ehow.com/how_5864298_use-hdmi-laptop.html If you do not have an HDMI outlet on your laptop, you should do a google search and see if there is an adapter to allow you to use your VGa out or something. ..I don't know. You would also need HDMI cables, by the way.
