You could buy an old PC (I just bought one on Gumtree for ~£50) and connect it to your TV using a graphics card with a TV-Out. Then you can use video streaming software such as VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) to stream video playing on your computer to the computer connected to the TV. You could also try something like eBay item #330280673549, but you need a computer with a TV-Out and probably a converter to convert the TV-Out (usually S-Video) to composite video (yellow phono plug). If you want audio you'll also need a 3.5mm audio jack to stereo phono cable converter. Both of these are widely available.

There are a few ways to do this, each with pros/cons. If you want to watch videos on your TV or listen to music, you can buy a wireless media extender. These run between $100 and $200. The quality is pretty good, but you are limited to video/audio formats supported by the product. If you want to simply display whatever is on your screen, you can buy a wireless video sender (X10 is one such company that sells them). This will send any video/audio signal, including from a VCR, TiVO, satellite box, iPod, etc. as long as it has a composite (3 RCA jack) output. Few computers do, however. You can buy converter boxes to go from a VGA out to composite, though (and some video cards have this kind of output). In the end, with this route, expect to spend about $150-$200 to buy everything you'll need. Quality is OK, but not great. I use of these video senders to access my TiVO from another TV in the house (another box is needed to wireless send the IR remote). In the end, the best thing to do would be to buy an inexpensive computer that has a video out that works with your TV. Some LCD TVs have a computer-in. Some use HDMI. Put this computer near your TV. You can then use it to access another computer via WiFi.

There are costly ways to achieve this. The question is whether it is worth the cost. These devices are marked to applications where other alternatives are even more expensive. See this link for one such product http://www.smartvm.com/Wireless-VGA-Extender-P39403.htm You can do a web search for "wireless vga extensions" to see other makers as well.

I think you could because a lot of stuff is going wireless now and Like I bet concerts have something like that for there projector but It probably cost more than your willing to spend

I don't think they make anything like this. You'll have to have one near the other, close enough for a cord to run between them.

No. Just VGA Cable.

The Apple TV box will do that for the media you might have on iTunes... http://www.apple.com/appletv/
