How do I hook my tv up to my computer monitor?

  • I have a spare computer monitor. I want to hook my tv up to the computer monitor with a cable so the same tv show I am watching shows up on the computer moniter as well. I am not sure what type of cable to use. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

    Well, you can connect a tv screen to your computer, so your computer screen will show up on your tv screen. But i'm not sure if the contrary is possible too. It might be possible if your TV screen and computer screen have a similar output/input.

Well I think there is a way to configure it with an HDMI cable, but I'm not entirely sure. But if your looking for a computer monitor to T.V. thing, just use a simple S-Video cable.

It's actually a lot simpler to hook up your PC to your T.V.However, i have a nifty device called PC to TV made by kworld. Pretty inexpensive.
