LCD prices have come down quite a bit. If you could afford a great crt, you could afford a good LCD. Check them out on newegg.com If you still want to know what the best crt's are, pcworld rates these type things. Use the links I provide below. I have a 22 inch Viewsonic P220f that's the best crt I ever owned. Still working great after several years. I gave it to my kids.
