My500by700pxl black and white pics print out dark and dull, while on screen they seem fine why is this? help!?

Answer:
Well, they may appear bright on your monitor because your screen's brightness is slightly higher than norm! Find a photoediting program (freeware works) and adjust the pictures contrast- this can help when printing! Also, some printers have a grayscale option-you should probably use that even if it's already black n white
