Why does Hp (Hewlett Packard) ship analog cables with its digital computer monitors?
-
Is it for legacy support? It can't be for money cause dvi is cheap.?
-
Answer:
Because all computers have an analog output. Not everything has digital. Although it seems like it is moving that way. If they are not shipping DVI-D cables then it is because they are cheap (HP, not the cables!)
