Is it bad to move LCD screen when the computer is on?

Computer wont play through hd lcd screen?

• for the past 3 weeks my computer has been running through my HD LCD Screen, now over the past few days my comp was hanging jus before the welcome screen, so it really started to frustrate me because i thought there was a fault with my my computer, so i rung a few computer shops, and they could'nt tell me out, posted a few questions out on ere nowt resolved so i thought "right", i took it it in to a computer shop, told them the problem and they rigged it up to there monitor, and wot a surprise, it booted up, i felt a right t*at, so i took it home rigged it up to hd lcd tv, and it started hanging again before welcome screen on tv, so i then rigged it up to a monitor my self and it worked, i also installed the drivers again for my gfx card tried again and it still doesnt work, so i'm asking as any body else experienced this, and could they help me please

  you could try... Run windows in a regular monitor and try setting the resolution to match that of the hdlcd monitor. Shut down and swap monitors. Your computer may be locking up due to incompatible resolutions and refresh rates.
