Whats wrong with my pc monitor?

• its extremely hard to explain. this is what it looks like http://photos1.blogger.com/photoInclude/... there is a faint shadow on everything. Buttons, mouse cursor, words, pictures etc. whats wrong? I have a nvidia 8800 gts, 320 mb look at this picture. http://photos1.blogger.com/photoInclude/blogger/7539/3507/1600/Clipboard02.jpg on the back of my graphics card, I see the white end thingy where you plug in the cable. I have an adapter. I put the adapter on the white thingy and at the end of the adapter, it looks like the other blue pluggy thing. (sorry for my grade 2 description) my monitor doesn’t have a the white connection thing, so I have to use an adapter to convert it into the blue one. I have a 19” LCD

  haha i like ur description. basically u are using a VGA connection that converts to DVI for the graphic card. for the shadows check ur OSD!!! on-screen display. look for FOCUS/ CLOCK. adjust the focus until u get a clear view. if u used a DVI-to-DVI connection thingy u wouldnt need to do the focus thingy lol
