Can a Mac Book screen be fixed?

Is there any thing that i could use to make the screen of my new apple mac book healthier on my eyes?

• I'm spending a lot of time on computers and it has made my eye sight weak. My eyes feel very strained using computers and at home we have a lot large tv's so the impact hasn't been good. Is there anything there for the new apple mac book screen, which could make the screen a bit healthier for the eyes? i should check the apple store I'm sure they won't have anything healthy there, its all about image. But how good is the new screen of the mac book for your eyes really? I'm not really very sure, Im sure apple and they 'all' say the new stuff is better. But im not that sure. I can't stand looking at the screen. In the last year I also have glasses now. I think the old smaller tv's were better for my eyes?? but maybe im only thinking that because my eye sight has gone bad recently?? I feel if i carry on with these im going be blind one day.
